Important Information

Withdrawal is NOT VALID for applicants who are admitted through the Report Card Path for Medical Study Program in the Independent Category and the Entrance Exam Path for Medical Study Program in the Independent Category.

Withdrawal

The mechanism and requirements for withdrawal of UII prospective students are as follows:
  1. Submit the withdrawal statement via admisi.uii.ac.id webpage (Action > Submit Withdrawal).
  2. Prospective students who withdraw after 17 July 2026 at 14.00 Western Indonesia Time (WIB) will not receive a refund of registration fee (including prospective students who apply and register after 17 July 2026).
  3. The amount of registration fee refund is as follows:
      • Non-Medical Study Program: registration fee minus administration fee of IDR 2,000,000 (Two Million Rupiah)
      • Medical Study Program: registration fee minus administration fee of IDR 5,000,000 (Five Million Rupiah)
    • Procedures for returning the alma mater jacket and student identity card (for those who have received them) will be informed via pmb.uii.ac.id webpage, and for updates on the status of refund/transfer of registration fee will be informed via admisi.uii.ac.id webpage (it is recommended to use a laptop/computer).
  • Deadline

The withdrawal form can be completed via admisi.uii.ac.id webpage (it is recommended to use a laptop/computer) no later than 17 July 2026 at 14:00 WIB.

Withdrawal outside the above mechanism and requirements will NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OF REGISTRATION FEE.

  1. Pengisian form pengunduran diri melalui laman admisi.uii.ac.id (disarankan menggunakan laptop/komputer) dilakukan paling lambat 16 Juli 2025 Pukul 14:00 WIB.
  2. Pengembalian biaya registrasi yang telah dipotong biaya administrasi menyesuaikan proses pengajuan pengembalian dana oleh Panitia PMB UII dengan Bank Mitra (Paling Lambat tanggal 16 Agustus 2024).
  • Pengunduran diri di luar mekanisme dan ketentuan di atas maka TIDAK MENDAPAT PENGEMBALIAN DANA REGISTRASI.
  • Untuk informasi lebih lanjut (termasuk jika ada kendala atau pertanyaan) terkait pengunduran diri dapat menghubungi Call Center Direktorat Layanan Akademik di nomor (WhatsApp) 0857 4000 5556.
  • Cancellation

If applicants are declared admitted and have registered but later fail to meet the requirements or are found to have committed a fraud, falsification of documents, or unlawful act, their student/prospective student status will be declared null and void.

If applicants are declared admitted and have registered but prove to possess, carry, store, trade, produce, or use alcohol, narcotics, or other illicit drugs, they will be subject to student disciplinary sanctions with the heaviest sanction being expulsion from UII.
