Report Card Path
The Report Card Path is an admission path based on assessment of academic report cards or achievement records. There are four (4) categories under the report card path: General, Medical, Champion, and TKA-UTBK (Computer-based Academic Ability Test).
General Requirements
- Application fee is IDR 300,000.
- Applicants may select three study programs, except Medical Study Program.
- Assessment is based on the report cards from the last two (2) semesters. For the Merdeka Curriculum, the assessed subjects include Religious Education and Character Building, Pancasila Education, Indonesian, Mathematics, English, Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK), History, and Arts and Culture.
Admission Schedule
- Application for the General Report Card Path begins on 24 September 2025.
- Application process is available daily.
- Selection results will be announced within a maximum of seven (7) working days after the required documents are uploaded.
- Registration deadline is 14 days after applicants are declared admitted (passing the selection test).

- A scanned copy of the report cards from the last two (2) semesters in a PDF format, with a maximum file size of 2 MB
General Requirements
- Applicants to the Medical Study Program must graduate from high school (SMA)/Islamic high school (MA)/Islamic boarding school (Pondok Pesantren)/health vocational school (SMK Kesehatan) (majoring natural science) or Merdeka Curriculum in 2024, 2025, or 2026 with a maximum age of 21 years as of 31 August 2026.
- Applicants select three (3) study programs, with Medical Study Program as the first choice
- Application fee is IDR 450,000
- Two (2) categories of Report Card Path for Medical Study Program:
- Regular, the Initial Tuition Fee (UKA) is determined based on the selection results (report cards and Stage 2 Entrance Exam); the better the selection results, the lower the UKA. More information on the tuition fee of Medical Study Program can be found here
- Independent, the Initial Tuition Fee (UKA) is determined by the parents/guardians (subject to the minimum UKA) through the Independent Report Card Path for Medical Study Program. The commitment form for this path can be downloaded here
Selection Stages
- Selection is based on the report cards from five (5) semesters.
- For applicants with the former curriculum (not Merdeka Curriculum) majoring natural science, selection is based on the grades of seven (7) subjects, including Religion, Mathematics, Indonesian, English, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry.
- For applicants with the Merdeka Curriculum, selection is based on the grades of eight (8) subjects, including Religious Education and Character Building, Pancasila Education, Indonesian, Mathematics, English, Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK), History, and Arts and Culture.
- Applicants who pass the stage 1 selection (report card selection) will proceed to the stage 2 selection.
Stage 2 Selection
- The selection test is held at the Soekiman Wirjosandjojo Building, Faculty of Medicine, Main Campus of Universitas Islam Indonesia, Jl. Kaliurang KM 14.5 Yogyakarta.
- The stage 2 selection test consists of Basic Medical Science Test, Psychological Test, Interview, English Proficiency Test, and Qur’an Recitation Test.

Required Documents
- A scanned copy of the report card from the last five (5) semesters (Applicants in Period 1 of Report Card Path who are currently in grade XII may use the report cards from four (4) semesters) submitted in a PDF format with a maximum file size of 2 MB.
- Three original drawings/sketches describing a landmark of the applicant’s city of residence, the interior of the applicant’s house, and the exterior of the applicant’s house (required for applicants of Architecture Study Program).
General Requirements

- Selection is based on the report cards from the last four (4) semesters. For applicants with the Merdeka Curriculum, selection is based the grades of the following subjects: Religious Education and Character Building, Pancasila Education, Indonesian, Mathematics, English, Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK), History, and Arts and Culture.
- Selection is also based on the applicants’ achievements evidenced by certificates or official documentation.
- The achievement categories include:
- Hafizah Hafiz (a minimum of 10 Juz): evidenced by a Certificate/Shahadah/Certificate of Qur’an Memorization
- Competition (academic competitions): evidenced by a competition certificate
- Sports/Arts: evidenced by a championship certificate or individual achievement certificate.
- Student Organization: evidenced by a certificate of student organization membership.

Required Documents

The TKA-based Path uses the TKA official score from the school without any additional selection tests. The selection is based on the academic quality standards and capacity of the study programs.
General Requirements
- Application fee is IDR 300,000.
- Applicants may select three (3) study programs. The TKA score can be used for all the study programs at UII, except Medical Study Program.
- Applicants graduate from high school (SMA)/vocational school (SMK)/ Islamic high school (MA) or equivalent,
- Applicants have taken TKA and had a TKA official score.

Online Application
Applicants select the TKA-based Path in the UII Admission System. -
TKA Score Document Upload
Applicants upload the TKA official score according to applicable regulations. -
Verification and Validation
UII admissions verify the document validity and conformity. -
Selection and Ranking
Selection is based on TKA score, choice of study program, and study program capacity. -
Announcement of Selection Results
Applicants who meet the criteria are declared pass and entitled for registration.
