- VISA C9 - VISA FOR SHORT COURSE
- Valid for 60 days, extendable up to two times application with each extension valid for 60 days
- IDR 2.000.000 (up to 60 days)
- Single entry visa
- For conducting short courses, short training programs, or short study visits, a short Indonesian Language Course (BIPA) Program

- Passport valid for at least 6 (six) months (see term and condition s.id/termandcondition)
- Personal bank statement with a minimum amount of USD 2000 or equivalent for the last 3 months period (including name, date of the period, and balance account)
- Latest colour photograph (see term and condition s.id/termandcondition)
- Proof of guarantee from the guarantor (receiving university)
- Letter of acceptance or invitation as a participant in the benchmarking activity, short courses, or short training program from the receiving university
- VISA C22 - VISA FOR INTERNSHIP
- Valid for up to 60 days or 180 days, extendable for another application valid up to 60 days or 180 days
- IDR 3.000.000 (up to 60 days)
- IDR 4.000.000 (up to 180 days)
- Single entry visa
- For conducting an academic internship

- Personal bank statement with a minimum amount of USD 2000 or equivalent for the last 3 months period (including name, date of period, and balance account)
- Latest colour photograph (see term and condition s.id/termandcondition)
- Proof of guarantee from the guarantor (receiving university)
- Letter of acceptance, internship contract, or statement from the host of the internship program
- VISA C10 - VISA FOR INVITED EVENT PARTICIPANT
- Valid for 60 days, extendable
- IDR 2.000.000 (up to 60 days)
- Single entry visa
- Carry out activities related to speakers, lecturers, presenters, or public figures but not for an employment purpose
- Passport valid for at least 6 (six) months (see term and condition s.id/termandcondition)
- Personal bank statement with a minimum amount of USD 2000 or equivalent for the last 3 months period (including name, date of period, and balance account)
- Latest color photograph (see term and condition s.id/termandcondition)
- Letter of invitation from the person or organization responsible for the event, which explains the details of the agenda
- VISA E30B - VISA FOR UNDERGRADUATE AND POSTGRADUATE STUDY
- Visa E30B users will automatically obtain 1 YEAR or 2 YEARS Limited Stay Permit and Re-Entry Permit upon arrival at the Indonesian Immigration Checkpoint
- Extendable until a maximum of 6 years
- IDR 6.000.000 – for 1 YEAR stay permit
- IDR 8.500.000 – for 2 YEARS stay permit
- Multiple entry
- Carry out activities related to education in Indonesia
- Prohibited from doing work or employment, selling goods or services, and receiving rewards or wages from individuals or companies in Indonesia
- Valid Nationality Passport for at least 18 (eighteen) months for a visa with 1-year stay permit and a minimum of 30 (thirty) months for a visa with 2 years stay permit (see term and condition s.id/termandcondition)
- Proof of living expenses of at least US$ 2,000 (two thousand US Dollars) or equivalent
- Latest color photograph (see term and condition s.id/termandcondition)
- Curriculum Vitae (optional)
- Travel Itinerary (optional)
- Guarantee letter from a guarantor, which is an Indonesian citizen or the educational institution where foreigners carry out education.
- Letter of acceptance from the educational institution in Indonesia that explains the length of time the foreigner will be enrolled in the educational institution.

- VISA APPLICATION PROCEDURE
- Visa Invoice Issuance Upon registration and/or receipt of the letter of offer, the student will receive the visa invoice.
- Payment The student completes the payment for the visa following the details in the invoice.
- Document Upload The student uploads the proof of payment and the signed study agreement (for full-degree students) to the application portal at admisi.uii.ac.id.
- Confirmation Request The student requests confirmation of the visa payment by emailing [email protected]
- Visa Payment Confirmation Universitas Islam Indonesia will confirm the visa payment upon request. This process may take 1 week.
- Visa Application Processing Once payment is confirmed, Universitas Islam Indonesia will process the visa application through evisa.imigrasi.go.id. This process may take 2-4 weeks, assuming no issues arise. Calling Visa Countries may take longer visa processing times than others. Please refer to Daftar Subjek VoA, BVK & Calling Visa for the list of subjects of the Calling Visa countries.
- Visa Application Issuance After the visa is issued by The Directorate General of Immigration issued the visa, Universitas Islam Indonesia will send the visa document to the student’s email
IMPROVE YOUR INDONESIAN LANGUAGE SKILLS
If you are interest to study in regular program, you must have a fluent communication skills using Bahasa Indonesia, both oral and written. UII provides Bahasa Indonesia untuk Penutur Asing (BIPA) program to help you learn Indonesian language before starting your first semester.
